I am 5. 3 as well. I wore them with heels and they were still a bit long but they were fine I think they are 33. But I will double check when I get home. They are longer I like mine long because I like heels.

@bschieber they are size 26 but the stretchy material that's why I can't wear them they seem to get bigger on me as I wear them so if you are a 27 they roll fit like skinny jeans should . Really nice stitching !
