There is much debate on whether this is a tunic, long blouse, or a mini-dress. I guess it depends on your stature! But since it is a size XS, it's pretty long on a short lady! So I'll let you decide! This isn't for the woman that wants to blend in with the crowd- but rather be on the dance floor and living her best life! Seems like most of what I seen with this kind of top has been paired with cowboy boots. Not going to lie- that's pretty irresistable. But that's me.
