Rock n Roll casual cotton dress

I literally wore this some rock ‘n’ roll band manager’s roof top summer party. This is basically what Alexander Wang has made a career doing taking cotton and making it look super cool. I got this at a Brooklyn shop by local Brooklyn designer. I feel like Bieber would know how to wear this. For the ladies, pair it with super tight black denim maybe the knees popped out or just keep it super streamlined with black boots or black strapped sandals. Guys, you could do the same!
