eeykypooh @georgia_anna they’re both vegan leather, so there’s a limit to how soft they get. That said, they’re not stiff either... I would say somewhere in between.

Just start the refund process on your side, (I think the buyer has to initiate) I will accept and Poshmark will process the refund. Cos I’m going to be traveling tomorrow and don’t want you to wait too long as I’m not sure I’ll have internet access.
