Tag is missing. No idea brands or size. Not shiny satiny fabric. Fully lined with back zip. Fits through upper hips and skirt has inverted pleats. I just realized as I am photographing that it must have had belt loops removed from waist. Never noticed before. See close up pic. Bust Underarm 36", waist 29", shoulder to hem 38".
