Rocker chic cotton B&W acid-washed dress

Rocker chic 100% cotton B&W dress 3/4 sleeves fitted at the hip like a sheath silhouette. This is a great dress, and has never been worn. I'm reposhing it because I didn't realize the fitted silhouette when I bought it, and prefer a looser style. 38" long, tag says medium but it's definitely a size small.
