Excellent condition circle skirt dress with fitted top. Beautiful bright blue silk-feel fabric with white print pattern throughout. Pattern features groupings of trees, birds and ornate Kremlin like buildings. Lined, pleated top, seam at waist, ruffled sleeveless arms, scoop neck, back zip. High quality dress from Korean brand Roem. No size (or I just can’t read it) but this fits like a small. 13.5” across waist, no stretch, 15” pit to pit, 34” long.
