Tight on the top and flares out like a skater dress. Has a tiny clasp on the top (last pic you can see it) & is just the cutest dress for summer! So breathable and lightweight, but not see through (i was even wearing black biker shorts underneath) A little longer of a dress! I love so much, it’s just a little tight on me :/
