Romantic Blue Party Dress🌹

I wore this once for my own birthday party and it’s been sitting in my closet ever since. It deserves better than that. This is a gorgeous bright blue dress accented with white lace and embroidered flowers. Zippered back. Lightly padded bodice. Attached waist tie for a custom fit. Double layered skirt. Crinoline material on the bottom of the inside layer gives this dress a little extra poof. Minor staining as shown in the last 2 photos. Reminds me of something Cinderella would wear.
