Romantic Pink Floral Ruffled Maxi Dress

My sewing/hem pile has gotten out of hand. So many things I’ve never worn because I haven’t gotten around to shortening them. (I’m only 5’0”, so EVERYTHING needs shortening.) I’m trying to thin out the pile, starting with this gorgeous number. Almost decided to keep when I tried it on for pictures but I just don’t have an occasion for these long maxis anymore. This would be really cute shortened to a mini or midi as well. This was probably a boutique find, but it’s really well made. Light, airy exterior material but lined with a layer of stretchy, comfortable nylon - like vintage nightgown nylon material - smooth and stretchy and very comfortable against your skin…with a lot of pliability to move with your curves. This could certainly be a little fancy. Date night. Summer vacation dinner dress. But this would also be cute with cowboy boots, hat, and bohemian adornments. Maybe with a leather and fringe vest. Would be awesome for festival season.
