Romantic cream poet blouse lace trim M / L

Beautiful romantic pleated and lace trimmed poet blouse with lace up detailing. Color is a yellow-cream while lace is more of an eggshell cream. Some of the threading along the pleats is coming loose. Gently used but in great condition otherwise. Measurements are in the photos but I welcome questions. Comes from a cat-friendly home.
