Romantic off shoulder pink ruffle dress

This is a faux-wrap off shoulder dress with a ruffle and side tie. Very pretty and romantic looking. Hidden zipper and elastic at back. The tag says size large and it is a boutique size. I would say this dress would fit sizes 8-12 comfortably. The elastic and tie gives some room for negotiation.
