Romantic, soft, Cream with black trim dress

This dress reminds me of being in some idyllic French romance film like Amélie. Cream, double layer, partially transparent fabric but not when layered together, flowy, flirty dress with black outlines on sleeves and bottom hem. Maeve by Anthropologie brand. Size 0 zero. I'm pretty certain this is a linen cotton blend but I likely cut out the fabric content tag because I hate tags. Sleeves are angled and double layered with a slight ruffle. Chest and back have lovely subtle pleating. Waist is a cinch empire style that bells out to flowy double layer skirt almost like a dancers skirt. Adorable thin black belt and side zipper (pictured) A few very subtle stains by waist and on the back by the neckline (pictured) this dress is now a bit too small for me but it's going to be très jolie on someone. It's been kept in excellent pre-loved condition and I have always have washed and hung it to dry.
