Gorgeous! Blue lace with a lined skirt trimmed in blue ribbon at the waist. Mesh liner (wears like a bandeau bra) at the chest. Sheer sides at the chest, but fully covered on the front. Thick fabric and well constructed. Measurements: (fits like a true size 4) Waistband: 14.5” Chest: 17-18” (with stretch) Length: 34” Never worn, has hung in my closet for past 2 years. Tried on multiple times.
