clothesladies50 @treasury5@hi I want to thank you again for the delay. Tha pant is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. I measured the waist, which is 30 inches. I think that it fits true to size, but with that 5% stretch in it. I hope that information helps you. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks
