Romeo & Juliet Couture sleeveless top

Pretty Romeo & Juliet Couture turquoise, lime green, and blue top. The top has stud rivets at the shoulders as well as a slit to give the top a fun look. It is sleeveless and gathers and buttons in the back. Please note all 5 loops are there but a few buttons are missing. This is hardly noticeable. The top measures 19” from armpit to armpit and is 25” in length. It is a high low top so is longer in back. Size medium.
