Romeo & Juliet Couture strapless dress w/pockets

Excellent condition. Only worn a couple of times. Very lightweight strapless dress with two front pockets and ties in the back. The bust has a shelf bra built in so you don’t need to wear a bra. This was bought at a sample sale, which is why the tags are the way they are. The washed out tag says large, but this is not a large at all. (Please see measurement pictures.) Hits a few inches above the knee. Length: 26”. Waistline to bottom: 17”.
