Romeo & Juliette Couture Black 3/4 Sleeve Lace Blouse Size Small

All over sheer lace blouse. Features elastic waist band, scalloped edge on the sleeves, and rosettes. Laying flat measures approximately 24" from pit to pit, and 20" shoulder to the seam.
