Romeo and Juliet Couture embroidered pleated dress

This is a gorgeous mini dress featuring a bodice that has gold flowers embroidered on it, and a skirt that is pleated. The neck is halter-style, but no tie. Perfect for a special occasion, homecoming or prom, New Year's Eve, or date night. Your perfect little black dress. It is in good used condition.
