Such a cute dress. Spaghetti strap velvet dress from Romeo and Juliet. Paid $130 but it’s a tad bit big in my chest area so if you have boobs it would be perfect. Would be a perfect dress for a fall/winter event.

Is there a shelf bra in there or is that just the elastic at the waist?

@elizsutt there’s elastic right under the chest area, I would consider it a shelf bra because of the way it fits!
