💙 Romeo+Juliet Couture Ruffle Wrap Dress

Romeo + Juliet ruffle wrap dress. Blue and white striped cotton fabric with ruffle hem. Super adorable with a fabric belt tie. Great condition! Label says that there is supposed to be a polyester lining, but I never had a lining with it. I've worn it as a bathing suit wrap and as a normal dress (just work a nude shift with it).
