Hallux limitus/rigidus, bunion and plantar fasciitis sufferers, look what I’ve found! A cute, European-made sandal with a rigid sole to keep those toes from flexing too far, adjustable straps to accommodate bunions, good arch support and a cushioned cork/latex footbed. A reviewer describes them as “flatforms” meaning the rise from toe to heel is subtle, not drastic–the heel measures approximately 2 1/4″ with a 1 1/4″ platform. The slightly inclined forefoot and beveled heel serve to propel the foot through the stride.
