Beautiful romper by Eci New York. This was never worn and still has it’s tags attached. Elastic waistband and pockets! One bead is coming slightly loose as shown in the second pic... an easy fix. 95% polyester. I listed as a dress because I wasn’t sure how to categorize this but they are shorts.
