Romper Dress with Shorts and Maxi Open Skirt Size Medium Like New

I have forgotten the actual name for this style but it’s just the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen! I’m not sure if you’d call it a romper cuz it’s a little different than that. It’s perfect for a spring/summer casual party or resort wear and is a little sexy yet covers up somewhat if you don’t have the perfect model legs and aren’t comfortable wearing shorts alone! I’m only sorry it was a little too small for me (I’m a large) It looks like it hasn’t been worn (except for my trying it on) and no flaws whatsoever. Waist elastic & crossover top with flirty short sleeves. Dark blue background and floral print with a little orange, turquoise, green, black & white. Feels light like a cotton mix but is rayon and calls to be hand washed and hung dry. Possibly may need a little iron or steam to remove any wrinkles. The V neck has a single snap halfway to be more modest as seen in last pic ( I had forgotten to snap it for the full shots ) or you could also wear a little decorative bra or crop beneath it you like that look too cuz the navy snap isn’t noticeable.
