🌿 DESCRIPTION 🌿 Brand new black one piece peplum romper outfit that looks like a short dress but *has shorts* at the bottom. Short sleeves. Features an open back design with single button closure. The bottom half has a zipper rail and lined shorts. Smallest at waist with elastic waistline inside, then flares out into lovely peplim flared fabric. The material has mininal stretch. Could be dressed up for a date or dressed down for the beach! Like a variation of the LBD little black dress.
