audreym11 I didn't even know there was a buckle on them. I thought there were just holes and h just pop it over the button thing. But I think u can return them if u want. I'm sorry. Just ask posh how that works to return an item. I'm not sure how that works.

allyjean53 Im not sure how it works either bc it says all sales final after 72 hours once something is accepted. I can contact posh and request a return. The boots are super cute but the buckle is broken and it Def wasn't from me bc I only wore them for about 3 minutes in the house and noticed the broken buckle.
