Romper size large with adjustable straps size medium-‎ large by BP

This is such a beautiful and feminine romper with the black lace, trimmings and flowers. It has wide flowing legs that will likely crop and not come down to the floor. The length of the romper I measured from the armpit to the end of the leg is 38 inches. I did it this way as the straps are adjustable. The measurement armpit armpit is 17 inches but upper waist is 15 inches across the front. I think this would fit more of a medium to large. It has a long back zipper and does not have any pads in the bust.
