Romper with cut out at the waist, floral

This is a super fun outfit. Like a romper but the top and shorts are only connected in the front. Full zip back, stretchy fabric for a really cute fit. Worn once. Waistband of shorts measures approximately 12.5 and it's about 14 armpit to armpit. Stretchy! Fits like an XS.
