Romper with cut out shoulders and peep hole in the back

This is a shorts romper with a liner in it. The shoulders have cut outs and the back has a peephole cut out. It’s very stretchy and is black with gold metallic thread throughout. I originally bought this for a New Year’s Eve party, but then it became too cold to wear it.
