Romper/ shorts with Pockets and you can wear it off the should if you Desire. Comfy and light for those sunny days. Flowing sleeves that flare out at the end. Hippie boho feel. Advice....Looks good with a floppy hat. (please note this is not a dress, it is a romper one piece with shorts attached) they didn’t have a category for rompers I could find)
