Romper/Maxi dress- Charlotte Russe- SUPER CUTE!!

I have actually never worn this and it still has tags! I bought it and just never had any place to wear it so maybe someone else can put it to good use! This can be worn multiple different ways on the top which I personally love. The straps are a little too long for my shoulders so wearing it strapless seems the best way to go! It has an elastic waist band so it can stretch so many different body types and also comes with a string belt to tighten it and tie in the front! (Runs big for an XS)
