Beautiful flowy romper High low dress. Shorts underneath long back. Can wear off the shoulder like I did or on the shoulder. Originally from a boutique called ooh La luxe and it’s a brand called luxell brand, put free people for style reference… and also seen on Becca in the Bachelor. Only worn once in these photos!
