Rooey 4-Tiered Dree Dress

Iridescent, loose fitting shape with a hug collar that plunges into a v-neck. The sleeves have one button closure. Size medium, but I would say it could be worn by someone who wears a size small for a loose fit or someone that typically wears a medium/larger. Fabulous condition.
