Lilac purple or lavender maxi dress with puffy sleeves and smocked top. It also has tie in the back and a square neckline. The purple fabric has a subtle stripe and tiered skirt that’s hangs in a relaxed way. Very current dress. I bought her it for a bridesmaid if dress but ended up going with a different style.
