This is a stunning Rose Adkins vintage dress with a crocheted fringe hem and a fit and flare style. This dress is in pristine condition with a back zipper and small shoulder pads. There is no size tag or fabric tag but it feels like polyester or nylon and I would definitely have it dry clean just to preserve it.
