This is a beautiful bright red cover up or cardigan. I bought this to wear over a thin strapped dress for a wedding. This looks great, only worn once for a couple hours. It's really light and is not meant to keep you warm. I didn't noticed any snags in the material. Size: XXL Material: 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex
