@mspkns1 it feels like there is a bit of cushion, the insoles are removable, so you could change the insoles easy. They belong to my daughter and she said they are comfortable. I personally have never worn them.

@andreawestra the shoes were worn by my daughter, personally I have never worn them. They were the same size as other shoes she was wearing at the time, so I guess I would say they’re true to size.
