Rose Garden Mini Dress

This thin-strapped, floral print dress is girly, fun, and unbelievably flattering. It has only been worn once -for a wedding- and received SO many compliments. (This skirt totally owns the dance floor because of how amazingly it twirls!) The bust is lightly padded and has a wire that keeps the V-shape intact; the dress is fully lined. (Can be worn braless, with breast petals, or a low-plunge bra).
