This top is so luxurious and gorgeous it is made by Rose & Olive and made a beautiful dark velvet with adjustable velvet spaghetti straps. It is layered underneath there is a pleaded top which you can see through the pictures. Just add so much dimension to this blouse. It opens up in the back and which you can see more of the pleats.
