Rose & Olive White and Black Floral with Birds Blouse Mock Neckline Size L

White with black floral and bird pattern blouse by Rose & Olive. The white has a subtle diamond pattern to it, as well. This blouse has flutter sleeves and a high mock turtleneck neckline with a 2 button and loop closure in the back that creates a slit keyhole. The bottom has a wide smocked elastic band with a little ruffle at the very bottom. It is pre-owned, with some discoloring on the inside of the neckline, but is otherwise in good condition. Size LARGE. It is made of 100% rayon. Hand wash cold, line dry, cool iron. Measurements: 24" long, shoulder seam by neckline to front bottom 20" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam
