How does this shirt measure at the hips? About 23” from the top of shoulder?

@aehde so, I’m trying to figure out the width of the shirt where it hits the hips… about 22-23 inches from the top of the shoulder. I’m short waisted and the waist of garments often fall at the largest part of my hips! Thx.
