Rose Print Strapless Bubble Hem Dress

This dress is missing its tag (I think I must have cut it out years ago because it was itchy), but the measurements are: bust: 12.5-15.5 inches measured flat waist: 13-14 inches measured flat This dress is stretchy, and the fabric is really soft. It's strapless, has a sewn on sash, and has a bubble hem. The rose print is quite lovely.
