Rose Print Tube Top Dress

Large print roses on the front and back, as well as the ribbon that ties around the back. The skirt starts from upper chest. The skirt is a pencil fit. I’m 5’1” (63 inches) and the dress comes up right to my knees. The tag says size 5, but I think a size 6 would be able to wear it as well.
