can this stretch to fit a 48 bust, 24 or more w/stretch across?

@karabiel123 yes this measures at 24 across just barely stretched and it is very stretchy, could stretch it many more inches across

For reference most of the items in my closet were mine and I wear a 42DD bra and am curvy in the chest and hips. I’m going to add a picture of me wearing it if I can find one!
