Rose Taft Black Dress/Jacket (2 pc)

NWOT Evening Dress that could be worn with or with matching beaded jacket. There are beads and rhinestones around the neck on the front and back. Also the cuff of the jacket has beads and rhinestones. Dress has a zipper and hook on the back. Tried looking everywhere and could not find the dress size however it could fit a person who has a dress size of either 2 or 4.
