Rose silk Top / Mini dress

This is a rose color mini dress or top. I bought this as a silky mini dress and the fit loose and comfortable. I have never worn this. The tag showed that it was a fashion top so it could be worn as either. There is no stretch or “give to this material”. If worn as a top it is longer in length. The brand is love j, and it has a silky belt to tie at waist line.
