Rose/Mauve J Crew Crossover Ruched Dress

Rose/Mauve J Crew Crossover Ruched Dress, size 6. This rose/mauve colored dress is lovely in itself, but has discoloration. It was purchased second hand with no obvious markings, and taken to the dry cleaners. The marks appeared after cleaning and baffled my cleaner. Most are in the natural folds of the dress, but there is a more prominent spot near the left chest/arm area. Since it is such a lovely dress, I am hoping to resell to someone who may be able to fix the material to use (maybe even dye?). Size 6 Shoulder-to-shoulder 16" Waist 13" Length 35"
