It has two small holes at the back top neat the tag and one pulled string at the top near the hem. The dress was new with tags, but has been washed once. The defects are noted in pictures. It's a very pretty and flattering dress, a lot of stretch. All measurements are approximate, pit to pit is 24 inches laying flat, waist is 24 inches. Length is 43.5 inches.
