Rosevelvet 3X Beautiful Long Sleeve Shirred Cropped Top New

New with tag Rosevelvet cropped bustier style long sleeve top. Front is lined. The rest of the top is a very sheer teal/green and coral/pink floral print material. Bodice measures about 12 inches from top od the cup to the hem. Cup looks to be a possible D cup or a definite C. I think the secy syruling of this top is meant to reveal a fair amount of cleavage. To me this looks to run a bit small like more of a 2XL but I am not familiar with this brand. Definitely looks higher end.
