This is a beautiful shirt. It's all about texture and subtle color. The shirt is a cotton polyester blend that is easy to care for, but it reads more like a silk or other high-end fabric. I tried to capture the texture in pictures, and I think it's clear in the close-ups. Rosso Milano dress shirts are known for the accent fabrics, and this one takes advantage of the "ice blue" theme -- the collar inset and cuffs are an off-white fabric covered in blue snowflakes. The buttons are plastic with a finish that looks like mother-of-pearl, and the button holes are stitched in a light blue. The seams on this shirt make it a slightly more slim fit than the other shirts we have purchased in this brand and size, so please keep that in mind if you have others in this brand and size as you are deciding whether to purchase. The size on this one is 3XL with a 17.5" collar. This shirt is in excellent condition -- gently worn, no stains.
